We’re kicking off a new fundraising campaign to help us continue delivering gold-standard sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we need your support! In Saskatchewan, the rates of sexually transmitted infections are high, and Pap tests (cervical cancer screenings) are low. Help us make sexual and reproductive health more accessible by donating to our General Operations Fundraiser!
While we’re grateful to receive core funding, it doesn’t fully cover the total cost of operations. This year, we’re fundraising an additional $45,000 to help bridge the gap, specifically to cover the rising cost of cervical cancer screenings, STBBI testing, and treatment supplies.
Here’s what your support helped us accomplish last year:
- 385 clinics held
- 5,547 clinical patients
- 9,961 STBBI tests
- 741 medications provided (STBBI treatment + HPV vaccines)
- 1,033 contraceptives and insertions
- 534 Cervical and Anal Cancer Screenings tests
- 371 PrEP patients supported
- 773 pregnancy options counselling sessions, 240 abortions, and 250 referrals
- We have also provided hundreds of emergency contraceptive pills and over 100,000 free condoms to our community members!
Our fundraising drive this year will help us increase our numbers! Every donation helps us continue to offer inclusive, compassionate, and essential care to thousands of people in our community.
